In this somatic intensive we will arrive deeply within ourselves, on the ground and with other bodies and explore the spot where movement happens from itself. We will emerge into Contact Improvisation from this nourished and grounded place. 

Through elements of movement evolution and somatic explorations, we create space for aliveness that wants to move – and for what might be in the way. 

With somatic tools of nervous system regulation, we slow down, shake off stress, let movement arise. We experience our fascia as a source of deep regulation and discover our core muscles and psoas as the key to moving with ease, resilience and connection. 

From this, the impulse to move, explore, and express can arise without effort. Contact Improvisation and dance flow naturally from that. Together, we’ll explore that “sweet spot” where relaxation & trust meet aliveness & creativity – let`s call it „flow“ 🙂
